Please make sure you have given us %100 accurate information. Our quotes and execution are dependent on correct information. Please make sure the correct contact information has been given (Name, Phone, Email). Please make sure all information applicable to the services provided are accurate (Pick up Destination, Drop off Destination, Inventory and any other details pertaining to the job).
Please make sure that someone will be on location prior and during service unless discussed and agreed upon otherwise.
As service for different jobs may vary, you will want to make sure that you are prepared and have any essential items that you will need for the day. This may include hygiene products, toilet paper, toothbrush, clothes and some food. Additionally, medications, important paperwork (e.g., birth certificates and social security cards), and anything highly valuable or sentimental (jewelry, credit cards, bank account information, etc.) should be set aside.
Please make sure that you have placed these items in a secure location that you will have access to throughout the day. DO NOT LEAVE THEM BEHIND OR LOSE THEM as Ready 2 Roll Moving, LLC will not be liable for any loss or damages that may occur to them
Make sure you give yourself enough time to be fully prepared. The more time you spend on preparation, the more money you will save. Make sure everything you have is emptied and ready to be moved. Dressers, chests, Entertainment Centers and other furniture should be emptied prior to the move. This will save you time and money. Start this process room by room.
- Accessibility (Distance between truck and Load/Unload locations).
- Number of flights of stairs or Elevators.
- The amount of time it takes to Load/Unload your items, including stopping at any
additional destinations. - Driving time from the load to the unload location, including stopping at any
additional destinations. - Additional Specialty items (Safes, Tubs, objects 250lbs+) which can be more time
consuming than your standard item. - Need for Assembly/Disassembly.
- Preparedness of Furniture. Have they been emptied and drawers or openings
taped shut?
Your level of preparedness will directly correlate to your price. The
more prepared you are, the more money you save.
Please let us know prior to the move or during the quote process if you will need any Assembly/Disassembly. We can then make sure we are able to provide the proper tools for the job. It does not cost extra for this service but may result in a higher price as it will take more time.
We currently are accepting Cash and Debit/Credit cards. We charge an additional 3% per card transaction. Payment shall be received at an agreed upon time or after services have been rendered. Failure to produce payment may result in the pursuit of collection on the debt(s) owed to the company.
This is completely at the customer’s discretion. Our team will not ask or imply they would like to be tipped, but we will accept them! All tips go directly to the person(s) involved. The company does not receive any percent of a tip paid.
In the event that damages have been sustained as a result of our services, please contact Ready 2 Roll Moving, LLC immediately to receive the proper steps to proceed. All claims must be submitted via email or through our Loss and Damage Claim form and within ten (10) days of completion of service. All claims must include a paid receipt as proof of purchase, a general description and photos of the alleged damages. This form may be received upon request of either party. Ready 2 Roll Moving, LLC reserves the right to inspect and repair any damages. If we are unable to, we also reserve the right to hire a professional to do so.
Please make sure prior to service that the space and items that we will be working with will be safe. This includes any items or areas that may be a health hazard. Ready 2 Roll Moving, LLC has the right to refuse service for any reason. Especially if we feel like the service will prove to be unsafe or hazardous to our health.
